4. API Keys and Security
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your API keys. You must keep your API keys confidential and not share them with third parties. If you believe your API keys have been compromised, you should revoke them immediately through the dashboard.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems

- Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications

6. Payment and Credits
Credits are purchased through our secure payment processor (Stripe). All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion. Credits do not expire and can be used at any time. Prices are subject to change with notice.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, upgrades, or other operational reasons. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.
8. Rate Limits

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. AI-GENERATED CONTENT MAY CONTAIN ERRORS, INACCURACIES, OR INAPPROPRIATE MATERIAL.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LLAMAGATE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LlamaGate and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
